		Web Procurement System, WPS Which enables buyer and seller organizations, to complete end to end purchasing, fulfillment and receiving transactions. The transactions are originated in the buyer side, passed to the NegoRed network and received by the seller organization. Through interfaces to each affiliate’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (e.g. SAP), the transactions can be fulfilled, shipped and received seamlessly. Thus, the WPS becomes a true creator of boundless Electronic Commerce marketplaces. Transactions can be generated using either a Web Interface, Microsoft Excel Template, directly from ERP system, hand held device or a Win32 application, in both online or offline mode. Sales Forces Automation System ,SFAS Consisting of leading-edge order tracking and payment processing software for use by handheld devices. This portion of the solution will allow NegoRed to expand its target customer base to include medium and small retailers that still lack Internet access and could handle the order and payment processes either on-line or off-line. The subscription will include a Pocket PC device that will capture mobile sales orders at no additional cost. Our chosen device allows the capability to process orders on-line if a communications line is available or to take the order offline for later transmission. Transmission may be processed either wireless or via standard synchronization. We have partnered with the company Telynet (www.telynet.com). NegoRed will provide technical and business support for these mobile devices. Web Advertising and Information System, WAIS Through its web site and supporting network, Negored will provide additional services through its advertising, publishing and information services component Virtual Payment System, VPS Component is planned to be added to the solution. VPS allows direct debit, electronic transfers and third-party payments between affiliated buyers, sellers and financial institutions, providing the payment’s settlement. This solution bypasses the need for an automatic clearinghouse system (ACH) in countries like Dominican Republic, which do not have such infrastructure in the financial sector. In addition, this component provides the facility to support export/import services and international Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) through standards developed by the Society for Worldwide Interbank Funds Transfer Telecommunications (SWIFT). The NegoRed solution contemplates a Digital Certificate and Electronic Signature component (CertiNet), which will provide security for payment transactions and the facility to manage secure documents. On-line Analytical Processing , OLAP Component to complement the transactional capabilities available through the WPS component. Thus, NegoRed’s solution provides transactional as well as business intelligence capabilities. The OLAP component allows organizations to perform multi-dimensional analysis on clients, products, financial results and many others.
